Early Start

This linocut is part of my Cornwall Remembered Series. Boats setting off in the morning from a Cornish harbour. It could be one of many harbours that are around the Cornish coastline, I've drawn in most of them. This series of work, made over two or three years, all used Cornwall as its base to create more interesting compositions, looking at ways to describe water, clouds and trees. They also let me play with texture and colour. It was an interesting series of work.
