Made for an exhibition based on the Charles Dickens line, "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times". A park is gradually altered over time, fences removed, grafitti added. The park becomes a Business Park. The grafitti spell out best, worst and times in various script faces (Hebrew, Japanese, Arabic, Gujarati, Yiddish and Telugu.) I added a "Banksyesque" tongue in cheek piece.
